We conduct applied scientific research of recombinant proteins and develop product manufacture technologies.
We use two different expression systems: bacterial and mammal for recombinant protein production. In order to create expression systems, optimal transfection conditions are used. Clones are selected to create cells banks, which efficiently produce target proteins. The selected cell clones are used for the creation of biosynthesis schemes in different volume bioreactors. The purification processes of recombinant proteins from bioreactors are optimized due to physiochemical properties of protein and cell line internals. Analytical methods for recombinant proteins received during biosynthesis process evaluation are used.

In 2022 we will have 12 000 m² laboratories space includes with BSL-3 and BSL – 4 laboratory. For different projects in gene therapy, cell therapy and discovery of new biopharmaceuticals.
